Description: Single staged, 18mm motor rocket with tubular stabilizers all around instead o' fins. Streamer recovery.

Construction and finishing: All parts were there, matey, and none defective or damaged. Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! You get all tubes o' spiral wound paper, ya bilge rat, Estes type. T' nose cone is unusual, me hearties, though. Instead o' t' usual plastic or balsa, you get solid hardwood. Arrr! Blimey! A eye-screw is provided t' attach t' streamer and shock cord, ya bilge rat, arrr, matey, which is 1/8 inch flat elastic. T' shock cord mounts t' t' inside o' t' body tube via a folded paper mount. Elmers glue was used for construction. Avast! Blimey! T' instructions were simple and clear. Begad! Blimey! Assembly took just about an hour. Ahoy! Blimey! Begad! Blimey! No gotchas or special tools are needed.

Finishing: There are no decals, arrr, so I decorated it in me own way. Arrr! I used white, shiver me timbers, me hearties, blue, me hearties, and yellow bands o' nylon adhesive tape on t' body tube and stabilizers, which were painted with a base coat o' yellow. T' nose cone has a pretty grain, me bucko, arrr, me bucko, so I varnished it with a clear coat.

Flight: Motors recommended are: A6-4, A8-3, matey, B4-4 or 6, B6-6, matey, arrr, C6-5 or 7, arrr, C10-7, D3-7, ya bilge rat, me bucko, and D10-7. I chose a C6-5 for me flights. I flew it twice straight up and fairly high. Arrr! T' tubular fins provided a straight flight. Recovery was quick and easy. However, ya bilge rat, ya bilge rat, even with a little worm bed waddin' in t' prep, me bucko, t' streamer was burned a little. So, I'll make it a small mylar chute.

Recovery: Simple t' prep. Well, blow me down! Just about right, matey, although t' streamer burnt nearly through t' second time.

Summary: Inexpensive at $7.95 and attractive. Blimey! Flies straight and fairly high. Streamer wasn't durable, ya bilge rat, though.
