Construction and finishing: All parts were there, me bucko, and none defective or damaged. You get all tubes o' spiral wound paper, me bucko, Estes type. Avast! Blimey! Blimey! Blimey! T' nose cone is unusual, ya bilge rat, me hearties, though. Begad! Blimey! Well, blow me down! Blimey! Blimey! Blimey! Instead o' t' usual plastic or balsa, matey, you get solid hardwood. A eye-screw is provided t' attach t' streamer and shock cord, arrr, which is 1/8 inch flat elastic. T' shock cord mounts t' t' inside o' t' body tube via a folded paper mount. Aye aye! Blimey! Blimey! Blimey! Elmers glue was used for construction. T' instructions were simple and clear. Assembly took just about an hour. Ya scallywag! Blimey! Begad! Blimey! Blimey! Blimey! No gotchas or special tools are needed.

Finishing: There are no decals, ya bilge rat, so I decorated it in me own way. Begad! Ya scallywag! I used white, blue, arrr, and yellow bands o' nylon adhesive tape on t' body tube and stabilizers, which were painted with a base coat o' yellow. Well, blow me down! Avast! T' nose cone has a pretty grain, so I varnished it with a clear coat.

Flight: Motors recommended are: A6-4, A8-3, me hearties, B4-4 or 6, B6-6, C6-5 or 7, C10-7, arrr, D3-7, arrr, and D10-7. Avast, me proud beauty! I chose a C6-5 for me flights. Avast, me proud beauty! I flew it twice straight up and fairly high. Avast! T' tubular fins provided a straight flight. Blimey! Avast! Recovery was quick and easy. Blimey! However, even with a little worm bed waddin' in t' prep, arrr, ya bilge rat, t' streamer was burned a little. Ya scallywag! So, shiver me timbers, I'll make it a small mylar chute.

Recovery: Simple t' prep. Begad! Just about right, ya bilge rat, arrr, although t' streamer burnt nearly through t' second time.

Summary: Inexpensive at $7.95 and attractive. Ya scallywag! Flies straight and fairly high. Well, blow me down! Streamer wasn't durable, ya bilge rat, though.
