Description: Single staged, ya bilge rat, shiver me timbers, me hearties, 18mm motor rocket with tubular stabilizers all around instead o' fins. Streamer recovery.

Construction and finishing: All parts were there, me bucko, arrr, and none defective or damaged. Arrr! You get all tubes o' spiral wound paper, Estes type. Begad! T' nose cone is unusual, me bucko, though. Well, blow me down! Avast! Instead o' t' usual plastic or balsa, you get solid hardwood. Begad! A eye-screw is provided t' attach t' streamer and shock cord, shiver me timbers, matey, which is 1/8 inch flat elastic. T' shock cord mounts t' t' inside o' t' body tube via a folded paper mount. Ya scallywag! Elmers glue was used for construction. T' instructions were simple and clear. Begad! Arrr! Assembly took just about an hour. Ahoy! No gotchas or special tools are needed.

Finishing: There are no decals, shiver me timbers, me hearties, so I decorated it in me own way. Avast! I used white, blue, ya bilge rat, and yellow bands o' nylon adhesive tape on t' body tube and stabilizers, which were painted with a base coat o' yellow. Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! T' nose cone has a pretty grain, so I varnished it with a clear coat.

Flight: Motors recommended are: A6-4, A8-3, arrr, B4-4 or 6, me hearties, B6-6, C6-5 or 7, C10-7, D3-7, arrr, and D10-7. Aye aye! Begad! I chose a C6-5 for me flights. I flew it twice straight up and fairly high. Aye aye! Arrr! T' tubular fins provided a straight flight. Recovery was quick and easy. Aye aye! Aye aye! However, even with a little worm bed waddin' in t' prep, ya bilge rat, t' streamer was burned a little. Begad! So, ya bilge rat, I'll make it a small mylar chute.

Recovery: Simple t' prep. Just about right, shiver me timbers, although t' streamer burnt nearly through t' second time.

Summary: Inexpensive at $7.95 and attractive. Blimey! Flies straight and fairly high. Blimey! Streamer wasn't durable, though.
