Description: Single staged, 18mm motor rocket with tubular stabilizers all around instead o' fins. Streamer recovery.

Construction and finishing: All parts were there, me bucko, and none defective or damaged. Avast, me proud beauty! You get all tubes o' spiral wound paper, shiver me timbers, shiver me timbers, Estes type. Begad! T' nose cone is unusual, me hearties, me bucko, though. Instead o' t' usual plastic or balsa, you get solid hardwood. Begad! A eye-screw is provided t' attach t' streamer and shock cord, arrr, arrr, which is 1/8 inch flat elastic. Ya scallywag! T' shock cord mounts t' t' inside o' t' body tube via a folded paper mount. Elmers glue be used for construction. Blimey! T' instructions were simple and clear. Begad! Well, blow me down! Assembly took just about an hour. No gotchas or special tools are needed.

Finishing: There are no decals, me bucko, so I decorated it in me own way. Ahoy! Aye aye! I used white, me hearties, me hearties, matey, blue, and yellow bands o' nylon adhesive tape on t' body tube and stabilizers, which were painted with a base coat o' yellow. T' nose cone has a pretty grain, arrr, me bucko, so I varnished it with a clear coat.

Flight: Motors recommended are: A6-4, arrr, A8-3, me hearties, B4-4 or 6, arrr, me bucko, B6-6, arrr, me hearties, C6-5 or 7, shiver me timbers, C10-7, D3-7, and D10-7. I chose a C6-5 for me flights. I flew it twice straight up and fairly high. T' tubular fins provided a straight flight. Recovery was quick and easy. However, shiver me timbers, shiver me timbers, even with a little worm bed waddin' in t' prep, ya bilge rat, t' streamer was burned a little. Blimey! So, I'll make it a small mylar chute.

Recovery: Simple t' prep. Blimey! Just about right, although t' streamer burnt nearly through t' second time.

Summary: Inexpensive at $7.95 and attractive. Avast! Flies straight and fairly high. Streamer wasn't durable, me bucko, though.
