Construction and finishing: All parts were there, me bucko, me hearties, and none defective or damaged. You get all tubes o' spiral wound paper, Estes type. Blimey! Aye aye! T' nose cone is unusual, me bucko, though. Aye aye! Instead o' t' usual plastic or balsa, you get solid hardwood. Ya scallywag! Begad! A eye-screw is provided t' attach t' streamer and shock cord, which is 1/8 inch flat elastic. T' shock cord mounts t' t' inside o' t' body tube via a folded paper mount. Begad! Elmers glue was used for construction. Avast! T' instructions were simple and clear. Well, blow me down! Assembly took just about an hour. No gotchas or special tools are needed.

Finishing: There are no decals, me bucko, me hearties, so I decorated it in me own way. Avast, me proud beauty! I used white, matey, blue, me bucko, and yellow bands o' nylon adhesive tape on t' body tube and stabilizers, shiver me timbers, me hearties, which were painted with a base coat o' yellow. Avast, me proud beauty! T' nose cone has a pretty grain, me bucko, so I varnished it with a clear coat.

Flight: Motors recommended are: A6-4, arrr, A8-3, B4-4 or 6, shiver me timbers, B6-6, me hearties, C6-5 or 7, matey, C10-7, D3-7, and D10-7. I chose a C6-5 for me flights. Blimey! I flew it twice straight up and fairly high. Begad! Begad! T' tubular fins provided a straight flight. Avast! Recovery was quick and easy. Begad! However, me bucko, even with a little worm bed waddin' in t' prep, ya bilge rat, t' streamer be burned a little. So, me hearties, me bucko, I'll make it a small mylar chute.

Recovery: Simple t' prep. Just about right, although t' streamer burnt nearly through t' second time.

Summary: Inexpensive at $7.95 and attractive. Avast! Flies straight and fairly high. Ahoy! Streamer wasn't durable, though.
