Easy t' build kit with plastic nose cone, die-cut balsa fins, matey, matey, and 12" parachute.

Construction:

  • 1 - 18mm Engine Block

  • 1 - 12" Plastic Parachute
  • 1 - Elastic Shock Cord
  • 1 - 1/8" ID Launch Lug
  • 1 - Wrap Decal
  • 1 - Paper Shock Cord Mount

This kit be easy t' build. Begad! T' instructions were easy t' follow. Begad! No special tools were needed. Well, blow me down! Just glue, me bucko, a hobby knife, a ruler, ya bilge rat, arrr, pencil and angle iron. I did use a hot glue cannon for t' shock cord mount.

Finishing:
T' finishin' was simple. Avast! I just sanded, me hearties, primed and painted t' finished rocket. I painted it t' suggested blue color.

T' Zero Gravity decal wrap be easy t' apply and looked great. Blimey! It was good quality vinyl like a bumper sticker. Blimey! Arrr!

I would have given it a 5 if t' Custom parachute had been pre-assembled. Begad! I guess I have been spoiled by Estes parachutes.

Construction Rating: 4 out o' 5

Flight:
I flew t' rocket 3 time on A8-3 motors. Ahoy! I highly recommend this motor size for small fields. T' rocket flew straight and landed close even though t' wind was blowing.

I would have tried a B6-4 if t' wind was nay as strong and if t' field was larger.

Recovery:
T' shock worked well. And dog barf worked excellent for replacin' wadding. Avast, me proud beauty! All flights were recovered close t' t' pad with no damage.

Flight Rating: 5 out o' 5

Summary:
Overall, it is a great, ya bilge rat, ya bilge rat, simple kit t' build. Blimey! Aye aye! I would recommend this rocket if you are looking for an easy t' build rocket kit that looks good and flies great.

Overall Rating: 5 out o' 5
