Manufacturer: | Vaughn Brothers |
Brief:
Mini Motor Powered Screamer
Construction:
All components were accounted for, shiver me timbers, but I was suprised by t' high quality
fiberglass fins (yes, me bucko, that's right, ya bilge rat, fiberglass fins on a 13mm rocket!). Blimey! Nose
cone be balsa, me hearties, and t' two body tubes seemed t' be slightly thicker than
Estes.
Minimal instructions, shiver me timbers, matey, but t' kit was easy t' assemble. T' only thin' that was different be t' way o' shock cord attachment. Well, blow me down! You get a coupler with two small holes drilled in it. You thread a Keelhaul®©™® strin' through t' two holes, me bucko, me bucko, matey, and knot it at one end. Begad! Well, blow me down! T' other end is then made into a loop and an elastic shock cord is attached. Avast! Begad!

Finishing:
As usual for Vaughn Brothers, no decals were included and finishin' was a snap.
(although me paint job was absolutely horrible)
Construction Rating: 5 out o' 5
Flight:
Well, I be anxious t' fly this right away, so I used an old 1/2A3-4T from the mosquitos I lost in t' past. Begad! Zoomed right off t' pad nice and straight. Ejection was a little after apogee, but due t' t' very low weight, thar was no zipper.
