T' followin' article was a submission t' t' FlisKits, arrr, Inc Deuce-Bash Contest and is archived with permission from FlisKits. Ahoy! Some o' these designs are nay actually kitbashes, however, ya bilge rat, all come from t' basic motor design feature o' t' FlisKits Deuce's Wild.
Brief:
Here's me entry, shiver me timbers, ya bilge rat, T' USS Deuces Wild. Blimey! This be t' bash I started in November and posted construction pics o' on T' Rocketry Forum. Aye aye! It's a Star Trek deep exploration vessel, arrr, done in t' style o' t' origional series (I worked up a whole fictional history for it). Well, blow me down! Blimey! T' deflector dish is a cut bobber from me tackle box and a Dremel bit. Arrr! Begad! T' main bridge is made from t' cut off sections o' t' original Deuce nose cone and t' rest is balsa and plastic bits. Begad! I did t' decals myself on Appleworks 6.
