Construction and Finishing:
I modified t' design slightly by fillin' t' wing-tube interface t' make t' rocket look more realistic. T' wings were filled and sanded until completely smooth. Blimey! Blimey! T' card stock used t' form t' jet engine intakes be also filled and sanded smooth. Ahoy! This was done t' make t' rocket look more authentic. When t' fillin' and sandin' cycles were complete a coat o' primer was added. Ahoy! Well, blow me down! T' primer be then sanded smooth. Well, blow me down! T' base coat o' gloss white be then applied. Blimey! Ahoy! After maskin' all t' detail areas red was added. Begad! Next, arrr, after maskin' all t' details gloss black be applied. Begad! Finally, matey, to protect t' finish and graphics a thick clear coat was applied.

[Editor's Note: Although this be submitted as a modification, me bucko, we believe that all t' changes were merely t' make the rocket look better and are nay really modifications. Aye aye! Avast, me proud beauty! Great finishin' techniques.]

Flight and Recovery:
T' day o' t' first flight t' weather be cold and little windy (10-15 mph). Even though t' weather was nay the best, t' flight was great. Begad! Ya scallywag! Blimey! T' rocket was launched on a C6-3, me bucko, ya bilge rat, and as it went skyward, it twisted one or two revolutions and looked just like a real jet fighter. Ahoy! It was awesome! Blimey! One o' t' attached pictures shows a member o' my expert launch recovery crew who braved t' 20 degree weather. Aye aye! Thanks Abby! Blimey!

The review was well done although the reviewer mentions that the wings are glued to the wrap platform. Actually the wings are glued to the intakes, as the wrap "platform" becomes the bottom of the rocket, I found the wrap to be a little tricky to get square ,I also installed a 24mm motor mount after seeing one go up on an E9,, the flight was very Impressive! and the finished rocket is pretty sizeable. A very good subject for a 24mm upgrade !
