Brief:
Described as a 'futuristic fighter craft' t' Interdictor is nay your typical 3fnc kit. Aye aye! Ahoy! With six fins/wings two 'air intakes', me bucko, under win' pods and win' tip laser cannon, arrr, this is a cool lookin' model. Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! T' finished kit is approximately 20" long, shiver me timbers, with a wingspan o' approximately 10". Blimey! Aye aye! T' kit has an 18mm engine mount and t' recommended engines include A8-3, shiver me timbers, B4-4, shiver me timbers, B6-4 & C6-5.

T' kit contains t' followin' parts:

• T-25 24mm dia body tube
• 2 x T-19 18mm dia body tubes with pre-cut slanted ends
• 2 x T-14E 13.5mm dia tubes (for t' underwin' pods)
• T-19E 18mm dia motor mount
• PNC-25P plastic nose cone and shoulder

Construction/Finishin' Techiniques:
T' main body tubes are good quality with little trace o' a spiral groove. Well, blow me down! Arrr! With a couple o' layers o' primer they will likely be undetectable. Well, shiver me timbers, blow me down! T' nose cone is free o' mould lines. Begad! Begad! I can't comment on t' shoulder as I lost it while writin' this review! T' parts for t' motor mount are reminiscent o' pre-RTF Estes parts. Avast, me proud beauty! T' 8" o' elastic provided is very short, matey, ya bilge rat, and in me kit it isn't even 8". Arrr! T' parachute is very nice, matey, nay somethin' you often see on a small kit such as this. Well, blow me down! Blimey! T' parachute may optionally be rigged such that t' rocket is horizontal durin' descent, a nice touch for a rocket such as this. Well, shiver me timbers, blow me down! Another nice touch be t' perma-wadding. Arrr! It looks like a course woven felt material, and even has a metal eyelet in t' corner t' attach t' Keelhaul®©™ tether. Blimey! T' balsa fin stock is pretty coarse grained, and will require a fair mount o' sandin' sealer t' obtain a smooth finish. T' balsa stock is nay pre-marked, me hearties, and a template is provided. Blimey! T' fins are all simple polygons and should be simple t' cut out. T' template also include tube markin' guides.

T' instructions are good. Begad! Begad! Descriptions o' each assembly step are clear, and good use is made o' . Paintin' details are skimpy, matey, with only a textual description. There is a computer generated picture o' t' kit on t' back o' t' fin template, ya bilge rat, but by t' time you need it, you will have cut it up! T' paint scheme depicted is pretty basic, ya bilge rat, arrr, me bucko, but for a fantasy rocket such as this, you may well want t' invent your own colour scheme. T' waterslide decals are excellent, arrr, providin' two styles, ya bilge rat, colorful 'normal' and grey 'stealth'. Arrr! Begad! There thar be little information as t' suggested placement however, and they are nay depicted in t' illustration.

This is a really nice kit that will build into an excellent model. Aye aye! I've seen one built up at a North Star Rocketry Group launch, me hearties, and it flew really well.
