A 65 newton seconds EconoJet composite propellant motor by Aerotech

T' first time I used one o' these motors was this spring. It was me first mid-power motor, shiver me timbers, and I be very eager t' try it. Aye aye! Avast, shiver me timbers, me proud beauty! So, I, shiver me timbers, with t' help o' me friends, me hearties, loaded up t' rocket that I was usin' this motor on (A scratch built rocket called t' Hari Hunter)

Motor Picture

As I had only used black powder motors, t' roar and flames were astoundin' for me friends and me. Well, blow me down! Aye aye! T' Hari Hunter shot up about 1100 feet, and this motor's ejection charge was more than sufficient t' eject t' parachute and allow t' Hari Hunter a safe landing. Nay a bad deal considerin' you can get 2 o' these at discount hobby center for 13 bucks.

PROS- Impressive motor, nice dark smoke trail. Ya scallywag! Ya scallywag! Inexpensive (22 dollars plus tax for 2)

CONS- A bit under-powered for larger models, me hearties, arrr, but that's what t' G35's are for. Avast, me proud beauty! Copperhead igniters are nay very good.

Summary:
This is an excellent motor. Arrr! Ya scallywag! It is a great motor for beginnin' mid power. T' only con that I have is that t' Copperhead Igniters that come with it are mediocre.

This is a great engine. I used it in my LOC Onyx. It was my first composite motor. Very impressive. However, the copperhead kept falling out, even with the rubber band....However, I did get it lit, and it shot straight up to about 1000ft.
