Brief:
A 65 newton seconds EconoJet composite propellant motor by Aerotech
T' first time I used one o' these motors be this spring. Begad! It was me first mid-power motor, arrr, shiver me timbers, and I was very eager t' try it. Ya scallywag! So, me hearties, I, ya bilge rat, with t' help o' me friends, loaded up t' rocket that I was usin' this motor on (A scratch built rocket called t' Hari Hunter)
As I had only used black powder motors, matey, matey, t' roar and flames were astoundin' for me friends and me. Aye aye! Avast! T' Hari Hunter shot up about 1100 feet, me bucko, and this motor's ejection charge was more than sufficient t' eject t' parachute and allow t' Hari Hunter a safe landing. Ya scallywag! Nay a bad deal considerin' you can get 2 o' these at discount hobby center for 13 bucks.
PROS- Impressive motor, nice dark smoke trail. Avast! Inexpensive (22 dollars plus tax for 2)
CONS- A bit under-powered for larger models, shiver me timbers, ya bilge rat, but that's what t' G35's are for. Avast, me proud beauty! Avast, matey, me proud beauty! Blimey! Copperhead igniters are nay very good.
Summary:
This is an excellent motor. Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! It is a great motor for beginnin' mid power. Arrr! Blimey! Begad! Blimey! T' only con that I have is that t' Copperhead Igniters that come with it are mediocre.
