• sheet o' 1/8" balsa

Ok, this was only t' second design I've ever come up with. Aye aye! Blimey! I wanted t' do somethin' I had an idea for, shiver me timbers, me bucko, just t' see if I could do it. T' 'fins' are simply two 5-inch circles o' balsa, arrr, glued at t' end o' t' body tube. Think of the body as t' meat in a sandwich. Ya scallywag! Blimey! Hopefully, me bucko, shiver me timbers, me bucko, t' pictures make it clear. Well, blow me down! Blimey!

I wasn't sure if that would be stable, me bucko, arrr, so I added 3 triangular fins t' the tube near t' nose cone. Blimey! I finally cobbled together a launch rig that could shoot a clustered bird. It launched with 2 B6-4 engines. Ahoy! T' rocket corkscrewed a bit durin' flight, shiver me timbers, but didn't go too far off. Parachute came out smoothly, and it recovered well. Avast! I tried t' get a picture o' takeoff, arrr, but since I didn't have t' kids with me I had t' launch and try t' snap t' picture at t' same time. Aye aye! I got a *beautiful* picture o' t' smoke trail.
