T' base o' this little rocket is a V2 rocket kit from ASP. Ahoy!
I chose t' 24mm version, because it seemed t' me that t' body shape was close t' t' Tintin rocket.After checkin' with t' book (there is a blue print of t' rocket in t' book), I was very pleased t' see that t' tailcone was very very close from t' drawing. Aye aye! Avast, matey, me proud beauty!
To make t' fuel pods o' t' Tintin rocket, I searched for a while until I saw that a pin' pong ball was a cheap and easy approximation.In fact, when the rocket be finished, t' peoples that saw it didn't even noticed t' mistake! T' most important fact be t' painting. Aye aye! Aye aye! That's what t' spectators see. Begad!
