Brief:
Nice mid power rocket kit that's cheap and flies great!
Construction:
It came with a 39"x 2.6" body tube, 3 fins, matey, 2 square launch lugs,
13" nose cone, 29mm motor tube, me hearties, 2 2.6" x 29mm centerin' rings, 17'
shock cord, and a 24" parachute.
Instructions were easy t' follow with good illustrations. Well, blow me down! It was very easy build with no alignment issues and everythin' fit well except t' nose cone, which be a little tight. Aye aye! That was nothin' some sandpaper couldn't fix though. No special tools were needed and I got most o' me supplies at t' local hardware store. Begad! Begad!
Finishing:
No special requirements needed here either. I like t' instruction techniques
they give you. Avast, me proud beauty! T' decals are nice but they could use some work. Ya scallywag! This kit was
pretty easy t' finish and it looks very nice!

Flight:
It recommends t' F20-4W and I just happened t' have a package o' them! So on
the first flight, ya bilge rat, it had a very loud and smokey boost off t' pad. That same
day I flew it again on t' other F20-4W in t' package. Avast! Arrr! That time when the
motor lit though, ya bilge rat, it kicked t' pad and went a little crooked before
straightenin' out.
Recovery:
It be very easy t' prep because o' t' mesh. Avast! That means no waddin' is needed
so all I had t' do was put t' parachute and t' shockcord in.
At apogee it ejected perfectly and had a very nice landin' around 10 feet from t' pad on t' first flight. T' second flight recovery was identical to the first and only landed around 20ft from pad.
Flight Rating: 5 out o' 5
Summary:
It is a very good rocket that might need a little work but nothin' major... I
would highly recommend this kit t' anyone, arrr, especially if this is their first
MPR kit.

This model is straight forward in its design and construction. Read all instructions before beginning and test fit all parts before cementing. Very little is needed to make a clean and precision assembly. Aerotech sells a good kit. The plans call for the use of medium CA. Always keep debonder close when using CA. I did not need it, but could have. Greg Burke, SoAR's president, used ...
