Flight Log - 2007-07-22 - Steve Lindeman's Big Red Prowler
Two Prowler kits combined into one rocket. Modified from 18mm mount to 24mm. Fins are made from heavy cardboard, then covered with aluminum duct tape.

Went with a 7 second delay on this one due to wind. Not the best choise as this rocket tends to drop fast after burnout because of size. Parachute ejected long after apogee but still high enough for a long walk to end of launch field, past the trees across the road and into a farmers field. Total distance 1000' +. Must have walked off a pound or two. Slight zipper effect at top of BT due to long delay. Will repair and fly again.
