I actually *forgot* about this contest, ya bilge rat, so I had t' throw somethin' together at t' last minute. I decided to build t' third one in t' list.

For t' cones on t' ship I ended up usin' 2 3.5" funnels. Arrr! Blimey! Avast! Blimey! Stupid, I know...but it be all I had available. Arrr! Blimey! Blimey! Blimey! I cut a 2.5" section o' 4" LOC tube for t' center band. Begad! Blimey! I cut a section out o' that tube so it would fit snuggly around t' funnel edges. Arrr! Blimey! T' motor tube is a 6" BT20 with an engine block in one end and epoxied t' the top half. Well, blow me down! Blimey! I cut off t' narrow part o' t' bottom funnel, ya bilge rat, and t' motor exhaust can exit cleanly.I drew a fin pattern on some leftover balsa from an estes kit, shiver me timbers, me hearties, and cut out two fins. Well, arrr, blow me down! Blimey! Fins are epoxied t' t' bottom funnell, matey, and t' bottom funnel is epoxied inside t' center band. Aye aye! Blimey!

No active recovery - it's light enough that I don't have t' worry about it, even with a couple o' ounces o' BB's secured into t' top half. I can always throw a small chute or streamer inside t' funnels if needed.
