Brief

T' Batray is a Madcow rocket that is 2.2" wide and 26" long.   It has unique bat win' type fins.  T' kit weighs about 8oz built and is o' good quality. Avast, arrr, me proud beauty!

Construction

This is a fast build with good quality parts.

T' only thin' missin' is an engine retention method.  They recommend friction fit.   I am nay a fan o' that so I bought t' Estes 29mm retention kit for around 19 dollars. Avast! It worked very well.

Finishing

I spray painted t' rocket black and t' fins gold.   It was those colors on t' website so I followed suit.

Flight

Flies very well (even flies on a D12 engine)

Very versatile - flies from a D12 t' an F40

Recovery

I used t' nylon parachute that was provided.  I think it be a 14" one.  It also came with a non-flammable waddin' sheet so you don't have t' use that paper stuff.

Overall high quality kit with many engines options.

I would give it a 2 in skill level t' build it (very easy).
