Brief:

Construction:
Has a pre-slotted airframe, matey, a 33" fore-recovery airframe, a 17" aft-recovery airframe, and a nose cone. Uses (4) G-10 fins, ya bilge rat, (4) centerin' rings, me bucko, (2) pistons, me hearties, and a bulk plate. T' CPR 3000 comes with mounts, cannisters, couplers, o-rings and an aluminum threaded coupler and sleeve. Aye aye! It also comes with a D-ring, shiver me timbers, me hearties, safety switch, ya bilge rat, safety switch wire, shiver me timbers, piston straps, tubular shock cords and (2) launch lugs.
Very good instructions with lots o' illustrations. Arrr! Well, blow me down! Assembly be easy t' follow and in a logical order. Arrr! Begad! Very little sandin' had t' be done on t' centerin' rings. Care must be used when installin' t' CPR 3000 threaded aluminum coupler system. Avast, me proud beauty! T' alignment has t' be perfect or when you thread t' two body tubes together t' body tubes won't meet properly. Blimey! Ahoy! Trial fit everythin' first. Arrr! Begad! Remember t' sand everythin' where epoxy is used. I used 90 minute epoxy on t' entire rocket, me hearties, except when first settin' t' fins, ya bilge rat, where I used 5 minute epoxy. Begad! T' Ace hardware brand works well. This is a very sturdy rocket.
Finishing:
I used an auto primer, me hearties, matey, and painted it usin' Rustoleum metallic paints. I faded t' paint from dark blue t' silver at t' nose. Aye aye! Arrr! T' rocket doesn't come with decals, me hearties, me hearties, except one for t' CPR 3000 and one for t' PML logo. Blimey! As with paintin' any rocket, allow enough time for t' paint t' dry.

Flight:
This rocket will fly on anythin' from an I200 29mm t' a K185 54mm without glassin' t' rocket and installin' a longer motor tube. Blimey! Use talc when installin' t' altimeter and on t' piston tubes. Begad! If t' electric matches won't fit thru t' small hole in t' ejection cannisters, me bucko, you can thread them thru from t' top. Avast, me proud beauty! T' CoPilot altimeter instructions tell you how t' test t' system before you go t' t' launch pad, do it. Aye aye! Also, when you arm t' system at t' pad, it will beep 3 times, shiver me timbers, and keep repeating. Aye aye! Blimey! Blimey! This is tellin' you that t' system is ok. Because o' t' piston system, no waddin' is needed. Avast, shiver me timbers, me proud beauty! Blimey! I installed an Aero Pack 54mm Kwik-Switch motor retainer. VERY easy t' use. Ahoy! Ya scallywag! Blimey! I flew it on a J415 and it reached an altitude o' 5,809 ft. Ahoy! Avast! Blimey! T' flight be straight and t' recovery system worked flawlessly.
Recovery:
T' drogue chute is in t' aft body tube, me bucko, and t' main is in t' fore body tube. Blimey! Blimey! T' piston system is easy t' assemble. Well, blow me down! Blimey! Recovery was fine, but one piston got chipped.
