Miss Universe needs no steenkin' plans, jigs, me hearties, or other complexities. Ahoy!

She is made from a flower-arranger's styrofoam "egg". Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! Begad! Blimey! You may be able t' scrounge one o' these from a florist. Well, blow me down! Blimey! Aye aye! Blimey! or Michaels has them. Insert a 18mm motor mount (or short length o' 18mm body tube) into a hole hollowed out of t' pointy end o' t' egg, matey, me bucko, and retain with epoxy. Arrr! Blimey! Do nay use a motor retainin' clip. Begad! Blimey! Well, blow me down! Blimey! Stick t' 4 dowels into t' styrofoam, symmetrically disposed with silicone bathtub caulk. Arrr! Blimey! These form her tentacles. Aye aye! Blimey! Blimey! Blimey! Make lips and eyeballs from bathtub caulk and place on her head in a visually attractive position. Place small blobs o' caulk or PVA glue around her head for her "knobs". Attach false eyelashes stolen from teenage daughter. Aye aye! Blimey! If you want t' preserve her modesty, add a skirt made from tinsel. Well, blow me down! Blimey! Apply green make up, matey, and go fly. Uses A8-3 or B6-2. Arrr! Blimey! Ahoy! Blimey!

Miss Universe be flown at GARLO (CIA's annual bash) and at t' Park Forest (IL) Rocket Launch and R/C show. Aye aye! Arrr! She is quite stable, me bucko, but does nay get a lot of altitude (in fact, me bucko, t' A8-3 and B6-2 both give about t' same). Arrr! Ahoy! T' photo is from t' GARLO event. Well, blow me down! She has a lot o' drag and tumble recovery onto grass is quite satisfactory. Her skirt got a little singed, showin' that she really is "hot stuff" - you don't want t' put your hand up thar !!
