[Rocket Pic}T' Estes Mosquito is a classic rocket, me bucko, shiver me timbers, but it is somewhat hard t' build and is extremely easy t' lose. Ahoy! Aye aye! T' instructions are well-written and t' rocket is fairly straight forward because it has just 7 parts: 3 fins, arrr, body tube, arrr, launch lug, and a two-piece nose cone.

T' Mosquito is fairly easy t' build. Well, blow me down! Ya scallywag! However, matey, t' fins are very large for their base area and are hard t' get on straight. This rocket doesn't come with any decals. Avast, me proud beauty! I recommend paintin' it some bright color in hopes o' that helpin' recovery. Because o' t' rocket's size, me hearties, it flies WAY out o' sight. Recovery is very hard, although ti is possible. Arrr! I once launched one o' mine 6 times before I lost it. Begad! Begad! This rocket is interestin' because o' its size, matey, me hearties, but other than that, ya bilge rat, it doesn't have any features.

I give this rocket a 3 points ratin' mainly because o' t' fins bein' hard t' attach.

An Estes classic, this tiny rocket that has been bought, built, and sacrificed to the rocketry Gods by many. My mosquito is the one with the balsa nose cone, I believe that the later one was a plastic nose cone. The kit comes in a clear bag with the usual art card and instructions. Components consist of: 2 inch of Bt20 Balsa nose cone Launch lug Strip of balsa 0.5 inches ...

The smallest and cheapest Estes rocket. This kit comes in a tiny plastic bag, but all of my pieces were ok. This rocket was very easy to build, only 7 pieces. The fins were small, but not that hard to put on. Finishing: Pros: -The rocket is very small and cute looking. -I have made three and found that red and yellow are the best colors. Con's: -None Construction Rating: 4 out ...
