Brief:
This rocket is a skill level 2, me hearties, and is fairly easy t' build despite its unique design. It has three (3) fins and a wood dowel comes down off each, me hearties, arrr, makin' very long legs.

Construction:
All o' t' parts for this rocket came in perfect shape and had no problems. Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! It included:

• 1 BT50 body tube
• 1 two (2) part plastic molded nose cone
• 3 fins/ribs/dowel attachments
• 1 BT80 tube coupler
• engine hook
• 2 centerin' rings
• engine block ring
• engine mount tube
• three wood dowels
• shock cord
• 18” parachute
• instructions

T' construction for this rocket be fairly easy. Aye aye! Ahoy! Blimey! Everythin' fit together well and I had no trouble at all with t' construction. Throughout t' model I used a technique called double jointing, which is when you apply a thin layer o' glue on each surface and wait for it t' dry before gluin' t' parts together. This smooths out t' surface providing a very strong attachment. Aye aye! I did think that sandin' t' edge onto t' dowels was very tedious, arrr, especially because I had run out o' rough sandpaper, so I had t' use fine. Arrr! But other than that, construction was easy.

Finishing:
I did nay paint this rocket, so this does nay apply t' me. Well, blow me down! Begad!

Flight:
So far I have only flown this rocket twice. Arrr! T' first flight was on a B6-4 motor, me hearties, and be nice and stable, although it did have a slight corkscrew on t' way up. Ya scallywag! Avast, me proud beauty! T' second flight be on t' same motor but I could see t' rocket more clearly. Avast, me proud beauty! It also corkscrewed on t' way up a little more than t' first flight. Begad! It is really a great sight t' see this thin' in t' sky.

Recovery:
T' recovery on this rocket is an eighteen inch ‘chute. T' shock cord is attached usin' a paper mount attached t' t' inside o' t' tube. Aye aye! T' first time t' parachute ejected perfectly and on time, but on t' way down it hit a post in t' field, and splintered a dowel, me hearties, easily repaired. Arrr! T' second time, t' parachute ejected slightly late but recovered perfectly. Ya scallywag! T' parachute size for this rocket is perfect; t' rocket comes down at just t' right speed. Avast, me proud beauty! Ya scallywag! The only thin' I don’t like is that you have t' make t' parachute yourself, includin' cuttin' t' parachute shape and tyin' on t' shroud lines.

Summary:
Overall, this is a great rocket, matey, I highly recommend it. Arrr! It would be better if t' ‘chute came preassembled. Begad! Well, blow me down! It is a real crowd pleaser; all me launchin' buddies love it.
