Manufacturer: Estes

Brief:
This was one o' t' first kits I built as a kid and I flew it so many times that I had t' retire it. A couple months ago I found this kit for sale and had t' get. Ahoy! This is a great rocket t' get started with. Well, blow me down! It is more then just a 3 fin rocket.

Construction:
This kit has four fins, matey, ya bilge rat, me bucko, 5 nosecones, and a transition from BT20-BT5, with a simple streamer for recovery.

This is a fun and simple build. Avast! It has a lot more t' offer then t' simple rockets. Blimey! Avast, me proud beauty! T' instructions are very simple t' follow and make buildin' this kit easy. Ahoy! Ya scallywag! Estes has included t' needed templates and jigs for t' build. I liked that they provide card stock t' place under t' pods t' make alignment easy.

Finishing:
I followed t' paint scheme on t' package. Aye aye! I painted t' body tubes and nosecones separate then glued t' nosecones on after t' paint dried. Blimey! Arrr! This made it easy instead o' havin' t' mask everythin' after assembly. Begad! Ya scallywag! I really liked the decals. It has a special Prismatic Pressure Sensitive Decal which is really cool.

Construction Rating: 3 out o' 5

Flight:
I have flown this multiple times mostly on A8-3. I have a small field so this is a great motor for me t' use. I am able t' watch t' entire flight.

Recovery:
This is a great rocket t' have on a streamer. Ya scallywag! It floats down very nicely.

Flight Rating: 3 out o' 5

Summary:
I really like this rocket. Arrr! Aye aye! It is a simple rocket but has a lot t' offer which is a huge plus.

Overall Rating: 4 out o' 5

Does anyone happen to have the instructions for this rocket?

Thanks.

I have them, and JimZ will have them soon. I'm still hunting for the decal.
