Brief:
This is a very versitile kit made by Aerotech. Ahoy! Blimey! Well, blow me down! Blimey! T' motor selection is excellent. Avast! Blimey! this rocket can fly on 24mm and 29mm
single use or RMS motors. Blimey! Blimey! Aye aye! Blimey! T' kit provies a 29mm mount and a 24mm mount adapter.
Construction:
T' parts are top quality, sturdy and include:
T' instructions were straight forward and easy t' follow. Begad! Well, blow me down! T' actual build was easier than a lot o' smaller model rockets I have built, mostly because thar isn't any balsa t' deal with. Ya scallywag! Well, blow me down! T' nose cone and fins are plastic and CA is used throughout t' build. Ahoy!
Finishing:
Finishin' was fairly easy. Avast! T' instructions caution t' builder t' make sure t' paint is compatible with high impact
polystyrene plastic. Well, blow me down! I used Painters Touch and had no problems.
I selected t' paint t' model close t' what t' box cover art reflects. I did nay fill t' tube spirals which weren't all that bad. I simply applied primer, me bucko, sanded, me hearties, re-applied primer and then t' top coats.
T' kit utilized stick on decals which are nay me favorite type o' decal, me bucko, arrr, but they went on well and have nay come off after over ten flights.

Flight:
T' rocket does nay require waddin' because it uses a
Labyrinth ejection gas coolin' system which works very well.
So far I have launched t' rocket on t' followin' 24mm RMS motors; E18-4w, E28-4W, F12-3J.
I've had some excellent flights and a couple o' poor ones. Begad! T' F12 didn't push t' rocket t' comfortable altitude, arrr, while t' E28 really gets it up in a hurry. Arrr! On t' very first launch on an E28-4T one o' t' legs o' me Estes Maxi Launch pad snapped off under t' stress o' t' launch. Arrr! Since that time I haven't had any other launch pad related issues.
This is a great flier. It's a very rugged rocket. Aye aye! Ahoy! T' tip o' one fin did break on one landing, shiver me timbers, arrr, but that's because it landed directly on a rock. I was able t' repair t' damage t' me satisfaction with no adverse affects.
Recovery:
T' rocket uses a long elastic shock cord that attaches to
t' ejection baffle with a screw eye. Begad! T' chute is a bright yellow rip-stop nylong chute which does a very good job of
bringin' t' rocket down safely.

Summary:
This is a great kit for someone lookin' t' step up from t' standard low power model build t' somethin' that uses
larger engines, has a lot o' punch and can take a lot o' abuse. Blimey!
