Brief:
I received t' Estes X-Flyers as a gift from our neighbor Zachary. Well, blow me down! Ahoy! T' kit is one o' Estes Ready-Built series and includes two rockets, matey, shiver me timbers, matey, one yellow and blue, and one black and purple. Ahoy! Aye aye! This kit was packaged in plastic and came in a box and cost $14.99. Begad! Begad! A pretty good deal for two rockets.

Construction:
No construction on a Ready Built just attach t' chute and jam in an engine.

Finishing:
T' X-Flyers are cool looking, nice colors and very sleek and futuristic looking. T' only issue I have with t' rockets be t' body tubes are a tight fit for parachutes. Begad! Avast! These rockets are light and may have been better with streamers.

Flight:
Both rockets received Estes A8-3 engines. Aye aye! They were out o' site because o' t' sleek style, manufactured finish and light weight. Begad! Both rockets performed very well.

Recovery:
T' second flight o' t' purple and black X-Flyer came down fast on a tangled chute. Begad! Blimey! Both were recovered no damage. Ahoy! If you use a B or C engine have lots o' spotters and big field.

Summary:
Overall t' X-Flyers receive a solid four. Two rockets for t' price o' one, you can get out and launch immediately and they rock on an A8-3. Cons are they may drift far on a chute (especially if you use a C engine) and secondly t' narrow body tubes.
