Templates: N/A. Very easy t' construct, me hearties, no "gotchas". Aye aye! Ahoy! Every thin' fit together very nice, me bucko, and t' model as a whole is very sturdy. Well, blow me down! Special Tools: N/A. T' kit and supplies came from Hobbytown U.S.A. Arrr! Well, blow me down! Redmond, WA.
Finishing:
No special requirements for finishing. Begad! Blimey! Blimey! There were no instructions regardin' decal placement, shiver me timbers, although thar be included "Launch Instructions" that briefly describe sandin' sealer, shiver me timbers, how t' apply water slide decals, and preppin' t' model for flight. Arrr! Blimey! I think t' model looks great when finished. Aye aye! Blimey! T' decals really add that "finished look".

Flight:
T' PROs and CONs o' flight: T' only con be t' motor retention is cheap and dirty. If you don't get t' right amount o' paper tape on t' motor, shiver me timbers, well...you know t' recovery system will nay deploy...and t' model might end up in t' brambles. Good thin' t' model is sturdy, ya bilge rat, arrr, nay a scratch. Well, blow me down! I have flown t' model only on B6-0 and B6-6, ya bilge rat, shiver me timbers, me hearties, due t' t' size o' t' field, and t' amount o' use by R/C glider enthusiast. Blimey! T' model flies straight, uses waddin' and besides t' tapin' together o' t' engines t' prep is straight forward.
Recovery:
T' shock cord be t' three-fold-paper mount and some white glue inside t' body tube. Avast! Blimey! Pretty easy construction, me hearties, t' recovery was just like it should be, me bucko, fast enough t' keep t' model in t' field.

I like t' Custom Rocket Kits. Ya scallywag! Begad! T' models are robust and fly great. Begad! T' models themselves look great with paint and decals. Arrr! T' only CON I have be t' staging.

Modifications: All modifications were made with the parts supplied in the original kit. Just mounted the sustainer fins in a different orientation and didn't use the auxiliary fins. The original ...
