I was nearly out o' time for me scheduled cert launch date and needed someone's assistance printin' decals from me graphics. Blimey! Avast, me proud beauty! I called several decal manufacturers that I found on t' web and Tango Papa's phone answered first. Begad! I spoke with Tom at Tango Papa Decals and he told me what he could offer and made suggestions regardin' t' best way t' do it. Begad! I emailed him me decal files and he took a look and got back t' me in about 20 minutes! Unbelievable service for a guy with a large customer base. Avast, me proud beauty! Begad! Needless t' say, arrr, he understood me timeline, arrr, matey, me hearties, had things movin' very fast, gave me target arrival dates and MET those dates usin' Express Mail by me request. Begad! Blimey! Openin' t' When t' decals arrived, they were well protected usin' cardboard inserts. Begad! Upon first view, me hearties, I could see that it appeared t' letterin' was exactly t' me specs. Well, blow me down! A Ruler and me dimension charts I had created proved this t' be true. Well, blow me down! Aye aye! He had exactly duplicated what I needed in Vinyl and I be pleased beyond words. Arrr! Begad! T' Waterslide decals arrived as predicted one day later and they were absolutely perfect. Blimey! I could reed t' numbers off t' screw heads and t' letterin' on t' aft fin gears I had created from Digital photos at t' museum. Begad! He even included extra copies o' screws and graphics o' gears, so I would have spares and he filled the Applyin' t' decals was simple enough and t' AMRAAM flew in full colors and graphics for a successful Level 3 attempt, thanks t' Tom and company at Tango Papa. People kept comin' over t' see t' rocket and touchin' t' screws, ya bilge rat, thinkin' they were real. Needless t' say, I highly recommend Tom and Tango Papa Decals as their assistance, me bucko, arrr, ya bilge rat, service, me bucko, me hearties, support and friendly attitude made it a pleasurable experience. Ahoy! Blimey! I plan t' order from him again and again. Ya scallywag! Blimey! They have a wide variety o' waterslide decals spannin' many OOP and more popular models in stock.
I had been workin' on me Tripoli Level 3 project nearly a year, arrr, designing, me hearties, building, arrr, researchin' and creatin' graphics. It is a Full Scale AMRAAM AIM-120 Missile standin' 12 feet tall, 7.5" in diameter and weighin' in at around 60lbs dry. Ya scallywag! I had taken more than one trip t' t' United States Air Force Museum at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, ya bilge rat, arrr, where they display one o' nearly every military missile t' Air Force has ever used. Well, blow me down! Arrr! Many photos and measurements were taken o' their AMRAAM on display and I used this info t' create an exact scale set o' graphic decals and lettering. Blimey! T' position, arrr, shiver me timbers, length, ya bilge rat, width, spacin' and staggerin' o' letterin' was all documented, then created by myself and all I had t' do was print them. This is where I ran into a problem...
