Brief:
A nice 3-finned, single-stage, me hearties, streamer recovery rocket.

Construction:
This is an average low-power kit, with t' Quest standard components. (Keelhaul®©™®/Elastic shock cord, me hearties, plastic recovery mountin' tab, me bucko, arrr, lightweight motor retainer.) I thought t' Keelhaul®©™® portion o' t' shock cord was a nice addition. T' measurements given on t' packagin' were nay t' same as those provided. I found a variance o' up t' 2" on cords and streamer.

This kit built fairly easily. Begad! It would be a good second build for a new rocketeer. Begad! Well, blow me down! T' engine mount slipped snugly into t' body tube, matey, shiver me timbers, givin' me a good feelin' that it's glued t' stay. Ya scallywag! T' only gotcha I really found be keepin' the shock cord (tied t' t' engine mount) out o' t' way while finishin' t' build. A sharp hobby knife, razor blade is strongly recommended for notchin' t' motor retainer ring. Avast!

Finishing:
Ahh t' decals. Begad! Probably t' only real challenge t' buildin' this kit. Begad! They came on one white sheet, self-adhesive. They require cutting, me hearties, no matter how you slice it!

Flight:
I've only gotten 2 flights on a Estes B6-4. Blimey! It snapped a fin clean off on the second flight. I'm nay sure if it was due t' t' 2" I be shorted on the streamer, me hearties, t' 10 mph winds, or just dumb luck. Ya scallywag! It was an easy fix, me hearties, and wind/weather agreeable I'll get it up a few more times soon. Ya scallywag! Recommended motors A8-3, me bucko, B6-4, C6-5. Aye aye! Avast, me proud beauty! T' two flights on t' B6-4's were nice, arrr, matey, clean, about perfect height for visibility. Ya scallywag! T' streamer recovery kept t' ground chase t' a minimum. Well, blow me down! Blimey! T' longer hike for recovery was about 75 yards down range, due t' the wind after launch. Ahoy!

Recovery:
I'm nay sure that t' Keelhaul®©™® thread doesn't cause a bit o' undue wear t' the top o' t' body tube, arrr, arrr, and I feel t' rate o' descent may be a little quick. Begad! If a little time is taken t' reinforce t' tube, arrr, shiver me timbers, wear could be minimized, me bucko, and a full 24" streamer is recommended
