I had no idea that a 1/2A would send this teeny guy up so far and so fast! I wasn't prepared and it was a cloudy overcast day and my eyeglasses fogged up majorly, so I lost sight of it quickly and couldn't track at all. After a bunch of searching, I later found the rocket and motor (rocket was behind a trash can out of view!). I was testing a new way to keep them closer together by using an epoxied kevlar line epoxied to the inside nose cone and other end has a tiny nomex and then a bit of the line end taped to the motor. Worked well since I found the rocket ~50' from the motor! (Pic has motor location as a red "X"...these were maybe 150' from the launcher.)
