This is a recovery system ground test o' me newly completed X-celerator rocket. Begad! It's a dual deployment setup which ejects a small drogue chute with t' forward section at apogee. Blimey! A larger parachute is ejected as t' rocket descends through 500 feet. I calculated 1.5 grams o' black powder be necessary t' cut t' 3 sheer pins and eject t' nose cone and main parachute. This proved t' be perfect. I wraped t' nosecone in bubble wrap t' protect t' new paint. There are two altimeters (for redundancy) controllin' 4 black powder charges. This test was for t' Perfectflite MiniAlt WD. Begad! T' other altimeter is a Raven 2.
