This was immediately followin' t' great Northeast blizzard o' 2010, and t' water be very cold. Rocket fired on first attempt! Rocket recovery system did nay deploy due t' waterproofin' glue used t' secure engine and nosecone against seawater intrusion. Arrr! This was nay an unexpected failure. Begad!
