There were three 9-inch parachutes on the payload, one 12-inch parachute on the booster, with no shock cord tying the two together. This was in an effort to reduce turbulence and swaying of the camera in the payload. On this second flight, the two parachute riggings twisted together, so it all came down on 3-1/2 chutes. Didn't reduce swaying of course, but it looked cool.
