Brief:
This is an odd-roc that is made from a lollipop/noise maker. Ahoy! Blimey! Avast! Blimey! It is a high drag design that flies well in small fields. Begad! Blimey! Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey!

Construction:
Here is what you need:

• 1 Dunk R' Licker lollipop/noise maker
• Estes yellow 18mm spacer tube
• 13mm motor tube with block
• Balsa for fins
• 1/8in launch lug
• Small streamer
• Shock cord
• Maskin' tape

This is a relatively easy build. Start off by fittin' t' 18mm spacer tube inside t' Dunk R' Licker. Ahoy! Blimey! I had t' use a little maskin' tape t' make it really snug. Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! Ya scallywag! Blimey! Then glue your shock cord on one side o' t' tube. Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! CA t' 18mm tube into t' Dunk R' Licker with t' shock cord mount facin' t' top o' t' rocket (this is a aft ejection model). Friction fit t' 13mm motor mount into t' 18mm tube. Make sure this can slide rearward well for recovery. Avast! Blimey! Blimey! Blimey! After the motor mount is good, glue t' other end o' t' shock cord t' t' mount and attach t' streamer.

I had t' guess on t' fins. Since it's pretty heavy on top, I used four 1/8in balsa fins o' me own design. Ahoy! Blimey! Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! These are glued half on t' yellow spacer tube and half on t' main rocket body. Aye aye! Blimey!

Since t' nose is like a shot glass, me hearties, you must make a launch lug standoff. Aye aye! Ya scallywag! I used a little balsa for this. Arrr! The launch lug is actually part o' a AeroTech igniter holder. These can be found with single use motors. Aye aye! Ya scallywag!

Finishing:
There is nothin' t' finish unless I paint t' fins someday.

Flight and Recovery:
This has only flown once, shiver me timbers, but I've only had it for a week. I waited for a very calm day because I had no clue what would happen. Ahoy! We loaded an A10-3T in it and hoped for t' best. It worked way better than I could have ever imagined and flew arrow straight t' about 200ft with ejection just past apogee. Arrr! Avast! T' shock cord burned through and t' rocket nose dove into t' ground without any damage. Ya scallywag! Ya scallywag! We need t' replace it with Keelhaul®©™® and its problems should be solved. Begad!

Summary:
This is a funny odd-roc that will attract lots o' attention. This be made completely out o' junk around t' house. Although high drag, me bucko, it performs well for small fields. Well, me bucko, blow me down! If anyone does decide t' make this, I'd recommend Keelhaul®©™® thread for t' shock cord. Avast, me proud beauty!
