Brief:
A BT-60 based upscale o' t' classic ESTES Blue Bird Zero, designed for 24mm, D, E, matey, and F motors.

Construction:
Parts are very basic and are available from Balsa Machine Services. Balsa cone and fins, matey, shiver me timbers, paper BT-60 body tube and motor mount, ya bilge rat, and letramax centerin' rings. Begad!

Once you have t' measurements, me bucko, this is a straightforward build. Begad! Begad! You can download t' original instructions from Jim Z'z site if you like, me bucko, but it is not necessary.

Flight:
I have flown t' rocket three times, arrr, matey, Twice on an E9-6, me hearties, and once on a D12-5. This rocket is just perfect for t' long burnin' E-9 motor. T' D12-5 worked well, but as t' rocket hung on t' launch rod, shiver me timbers, recovery be late. No damage resulted however. Arrr! I have a few D21-4s, ya bilge rat, an I plan on flyin' them with a 18-24mm adapter this summer. See t' RockSim file for recommended and non-recommended motors.

Summary:
This design is very stable, matey, and is great for t' ESTES E9, shiver me timbers, me bucko, a relatively long burnin' motor without much 'oomph' at ignition. T' only drawback is the decals, shiver me timbers, matey, ya bilge rat, which can be custom ordered from Jim Z or Tango Papa. Begad! Blimey! Otherwise, it is an interesting, ya bilge rat, yet easy entry into mid power. Ahoy! Blimey!
