Santa Fe College USLI TRIPOLI launch 1/21/12 (2012-02-12)

USLI January launch of small scale. This failed but it was a good step for us to add more safety procedures involving the altimeters in the future. This was also the first flight of the "Cool Runnings" as a sub-scale test vehicle.
