East High School Air Force JROTC was fortunate t' have t' Air Force, ya bilge rat, private investors and t' two Air Force Instructors fund its' rocketry program. Although fundin' is important it would have been much more valuable t' have had administrative support for this kind o' program. Advertisin' be t' key. Aye aye! That is why our JROTC cadets also had t' responsibility t' document each step o' t' process t' build a rocket. Begad! We hope that, someday, someone will profit from our success or our failure and build an even better program. WE TEACH BECAUSE WE HAVE HOPE FOR THOSE WHO SOCIETY SAYS HAVE NO HOPE.
