Brief:
This quick trash made rocket only requires a couple plastic cups, shiver me timbers, one paper one, and some stranded wiring!

Construction:
There are 2 plastic cups, which make up t' top and bottom halves o' t' rocket. Well, blow me down! Blimey! Ahoy! Blimey! There is 1 paper cup, which acts as the centerin' rings and fins. Ahoy! Blimey! There is 1 sheet o' paper, arrr, me bucko, matey, which is rolled into a motor mount. Begad! Blimey! Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! There is about 1.5 feet of stranded wire, me bucko, which acts as a shock cord. A mix o' electrical tape and yellow glue is used t' assemble this rocket.

First, me hearties, pick your motor size. Ya scallywag! Take a motor and create a motor mount by wrappin' t' paper around it. Apply glue as you wrap t' wrap t' paper t' make a sturdy motor mount. Blimey! In order t' assemble t' bottom half o' the rocket, make a hole in t' bottom o' t' first plastic cup. Ya scallywag! Make sure your new motor mount can snugly fit in.

Next, take t' paper cup and cut it an inch from t' bottom. Avast! Take t' bottom half o' t' cup and make another hole that will snugly fir t' motor mount. Attach t' two cups together. Avast! Ya scallywag! Blimey! Glue/tape everythin' in place.

Now, me bucko, in order t' assemble t' nose cone section, ya bilge rat, arrr, matey, cut t' second plastic cup in half and reattach it backwards. Begad! To make fins, take t' rest o' t' paper cup, cut it into thirds, me hearties, and fold each third in half. Tape each third 120 degrees apart on t' lower body cup t' add fins.

Lastly, attach t' shock cord through an electrical tape motor mount.

Flight:
Recovery is simply done usin' a segment o' braided electrical wire and tumble recovery.

T' rocket is almost invincible, me bucko, but if it does break, it is always an easy fix...
