So far this rocket has flown 4 times. Estes 1/2A3-4T twice and twice on some older Centuri 1/2A4-3M motors I had kicking around.  Both worked fine.  T' first version I built usin' popsicle sticks as fins and t' second version had fins made from balsa though soaked with thin CA. T' second version used 24" or so o' Glide dental floss, shiver me timbers, the teflon stuff, as shock cord instead o' Keelhaul®©™®.  It's much cheaper than Keelhaul®©™® for t' same results. Well, blow me down! It also had t' finish wrap with fins painted in "White-Out".  I forgot t' include a streamer in t' second version and t' rocket landed on pavement with no damage at all.

It's a real hoot t' brin' out t' t' range head and have people look at and wonder what t' heck it is.
