Black Widow

My name is Eric Spain and I live in Rhode Island.I have been involved with rocketry for 2 years and I love it! My Descon #9 entry is called t' Black Widow. Arrr! My rocket is 6 feet tall and 2 inch diameter. Well, blow me down! Well, blow me down! T' coupler be t' same type o' tube as t' body tube and is located in t' middle. Ahoy! Avast, me hearties, me proud beauty! It is black with yellow/black Monokote. Avast, me proud beauty! Arrr! T' nose cone is a piece o' balsa that I made on a drill press. Ya scallywag! Well, blow me down! It has a 29 mm mount and was first flown on a F-22. It has 4 9 inch long 1.5 inch diameter tubes that were cut from Estes Mean Machine Body Tubes and were painted yellow.It gives t' rocket a nice Sci-Fi look. Begad! T' body tubes were fiberglassed, shiver me timbers, sanded, and painted. Avast! Blimey!
