Brief:
This is Estes' first rocket. Ya scallywag! Aye aye! It has been out o' production for a number o' years. I'd say it's almost impossible t' find a complete kit. Arrr! This be a clone that I made out o' spare parts and wood from one o' me dad's busted model airplane.

Construction:
This kit was made from spare parts. I got t' plans from Jimz and used parts from an old Mini Bertha. Arrr! Begad! T' rocket has tumble recovery, me hearties, arrr, so no parachute or streamer. Arrr! There are 3 fins which need t' be cut. Arrr! Begad! T' cone is glued on. You then punch out 2 small vent holes on t' top sides.

Instructions were just lookin' at a picture from Jimz. Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! My NC was too tall (bein' from a Mini Bertha) so I did some sandin' down. Ya scallywag! Blimey! I used hot glue on attachin' t' fins, which works good. Begad! Blimey! It is a easy build. Ahoy! Blimey! I think it be a skill 1 rocket. No special tools really needed.

Finishing:
There were 2 decals. But I just made ovals on t' side, since I had no decals. Ahoy! My paint skills were pretty lame when I built this. Begad! I went with t' look as I saw in a Ninfinger Catalog photo. Blimey! Ya scallywag! I used a Sharpie t' paint t' black fin.

Flight:
I haven't flown it yet. Aye aye! Well, shiver me timbers, blow me down! It needs no wadding, matey, as with all tumble recovery rockets. Avast! Begad! I will use a 1/2A6-2 for first flight.

Recovery:
Like I said, matey, I haven't flown it yet, shiver me timbers, matey, but from what I've seen from me Quark, it should come down fast. Probably go up fast and high.

Summary:
This kit is good. Avast, me proud beauty! Fairly easy t' clone and has a pretty slick paint job. I have yet t' fly it, but it is a nice rocket for t' starter. Well, blow me down! You'll have t' clone it if you want one.
