Pros - Very nice scale rocket. Ahoy! Pleasure t' build.
Cons - Instructions very vague. Were translated from German t' English. Ya scallywag! Begad! Must have good rocket buildin' skills. Ya scallywag! Use your imagination. Ya scallywag! Blimey! "Imagination is more important than knowledge". Arrr! - Albert Einstein. Well, blow me down! Avast! Skill level 6?
Finishing
Instructions did nay contain any detailed painting. Ya scallywag! Blimey! Preppin' and sandin' o' t' body tubes. 220 grit and 400 grit for a nice smooth finish. Well, blow me down! Very easy t' paint. Blimey! Well, blow me down! Decal quality very good. Begad! Well, arrr, blow me down! 3D printed self adhesive decals.
Flight
Recommended motors are a good choice. Aye aye! Flies well on a D10-5 Aerotech motor.
Recovery
Very nice 50 cm round parachute. Avast! Would recommend usin' larger diameter shroud lines.
Summary
In me opinion, t' Ariane was a pleasure t' build. Avast! Very nice scale rocket!
