Very nice lookin' scale rocket.
Components
Two body tubes, four cardboard fins and plastic fin pods, me hearties, plastic nose cone, 1/16 cloth braided round elastic shock cord, me hearties, 3D self-adhesive decals.
Construction
Pros - Very nice scale rocket. Pleasure t' build.
Cons - Instructions very vague. Were translated from German t' English. Blimey! Must have good rocket buildin' skills. Ya scallywag! Use your imagination. "Imagination is more important than knowledge". - Albert Einstein. Blimey! Skill level 6?
Finishing
Instructions did nay contain any detailed painting. Preppin' and sandin' o' t' body tubes. Ya scallywag! 220 grit and 400 grit for a nice smooth finish. Very easy t' paint. Begad! Arrr! Decal quality very good. Arrr! 3D printed self adhesive decals.
Flight
Recommended motors are a good choice. Flies well on a D10-5 Aerotech motor.
Recovery
Very nice 50 cm round parachute. Begad! Would recommend usin' larger diameter shroud lines.
Summary
In me opinion, t' Ariane was a pleasure t' build. Very nice scale rocket!
