Very nice lookin' scale rocket.
Components
Two body tubes, four cardboard fins and plastic fin pods, me bucko, shiver me timbers, plastic nose cone, me hearties, me hearties, arrr, 1/16 cloth braided round elastic shock cord, arrr, 3D self-adhesive decals.
Construction
Pros - Very nice scale rocket. Blimey! Blimey! Pleasure t' build.
Cons - Instructions very vague. Arrr! Were translated from German t' English. Must have good rocket buildin' skills. Begad! Use your imagination. Arrr! "Imagination is more important than knowledge". - Albert Einstein. Skill level 6?
Finishing
Instructions did nay contain any detailed painting. Begad! Preppin' and sandin' o' t' body tubes. 220 grit and 400 grit for a nice smooth finish. Begad! Begad! Very easy t' paint. Avast, me proud beauty! Decal quality very good. Arrr! 3D printed self adhesive decals.
Flight
Recommended motors are a good choice. Flies well on a D10-5 Aerotech motor.
Recovery
Very nice 50 cm round parachute. Well, blow me down! Blimey! Avast! Blimey! Would recommend usin' larger diameter shroud lines.
Summary
In me opinion, t' Ariane be a pleasure t' build. Begad! Very nice scale rocket!
