Brief:This is a small, phenolic toughly made rocket designed t' break t' sound barrier and is able t' do so on 24 mm engines, matey, namely Aerotech's F72 and G55.

Construction:All t' parts were there, me hearties, and were strong. My only difficulty be t' tight fit o' t' nose cone t' t' body tube. Ya scallywag! I sanded t' nose cone t' loosen t' fit, as I was unsure that t' engine could build sufficient pressure t' pop it. Well, ya bilge rat, blow me down! T' instructions were clear, and t' order logical. Begad! T' chute is a good material, but is white. For me, me bucko, I'd prefer somethin' brighter, as this model goes very far up. Aye aye! Blimey! T' shock cord has no stretch. Since it comes with rings t' attach along its length, me bucko, I figure that force then travels in nodes much like in a musical string. Avast! Still, ya bilge rat, I would be more comfortable with bungee.

Finishing:It was easy t' finish, me hearties, and t' decals look sharp. Ya scallywag! Blimey! T' instructions were simple and clear. Arrr! Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! However, matey, shiver me timbers, I recommend paintin' it light and bright so that nay only do t' decals show, arrr, but for ease o' location!

Flight: Its only flight so far be with an Aerotech F72-10. Begad! Since it was one in a mass launch for G Harry Stine, me bucko, me hearties, I did nay hear t' pop as it broke mach, but I did see it go straight up and loudly. Avast, me proud beauty! Blimey! I think it did go t' projected altitude o' 4000 feet, ya bilge rat, matey, arrr, as t' manufacturer said. Avast! I used trackin' powder t' aid in sighting. Aye aye! Ya scallywag! With its Nomex parachute protector, ya bilge rat, I did nay need wadding, which was nice. T' long delay motor be good, me bucko, shiver me timbers, because o' t' speed and altitude t' rocket reached.

Recovery:T' Nomex parachute protector worked well. Begad! T' chute held up and inflated well, arrr, but I would choose another color than t' white provided. As mentioned, I would prefer bungee shock cord, or somethin' with stretch. Avast! Assemblin' t' system was nay too tough, shiver me timbers, arrr, but t' attachment o' t' shock cord t' t' hollow nose cone be tricky, as it required slidin' a tightly fittin' bar into holes in t' nose cone and sandin' off excess that stuck out so that t' nose cone could fit into t' body tube.

Summary:It was fun and different, matey, me bucko, and a real mover. On a G55, matey, which will be me next flight, me hearties, it will really book. I really don't mind t' extra sandin' here and there, shiver me timbers, but some modelers might.
