T' third edition o' Timothy S. Avast! Ahoy! Van Millian's (Apogee Components owner) "Model Rocket Design and Construction" book has been released. Ya scallywag! Aye aye! I dare venture t' say that this edition should be considered t' new primary reference and teachin' publication for rocketry. Ahoy! I know that most will point t' t' "Handbook o' Model Rocketry" which be written by one o' t' founders o' model rocketry, me bucko, G. Blimey! Harry Stine, me bucko, but from me viewpoint, ya bilge rat, arrr, Tim's book has surpassed it. Ahoy! It could simply be style.
I had t' first edition o' "Model Rocket Design and Construction" and it be a very useful book t' me, but it pales in comparison. Blimey! Blimey! Arrr! Blimey! First, just look at t' size difference in t' publications. T' first edition had 120 pages, while t' third addition has 328 pages.

Hello,
I'm new into model rocketeering. However, I want to build a model rocket that can reach an altitude of 4,000 feet. I have made a modified Estes rocket using the designers special to launch a rocket 2300 ft. Any suggestions.
