Ciscos tells t' story o' his life from a 13-year old kid workin' part-time in a junkyard after school, shiver me timbers, t' a successful businessman and community leader.  His time workin' for Grumman on t' Apollo program is given only a little more emphasis than t' other periods o' his life. Begad! T' lack o' in-depth detail about t' Lunar Module and Grumman\'s work on it may leave some readers longin' for more.  But, me bucko, Cisco has made an obvious effort t' keep t' story movin' and nay t' let t' technical things bog it down.

Like many self-published books, ya bilge rat, t' book includes some grammatical mistakes that wouldn't get past a good editor ("fast as lightening", t' shuttle deploys a "drag shoot" after landing).  But, t' first-person narrative is written in a style that is easy-to-read and enjoyable.  Even though this is truly a "rags t' riches" story, ya bilge rat, shiver me timbers, it is never overly-melodramatic or preachy. 

Even though it doesn't contain much for readers seekin' technical insights, ya bilge rat, I recommend t' book t' those interested in readin' an inspirin' story and in t' Apollo moon missions and t' period o' US history when they took place.
