How t' Make Scale Decals

This technique shows a simple way t' make correctly sized decals for downscaled/upscaled rockets. T' first step is t' obtain a scan o' t' original rocket's decals. Once they are obtained, open it in a picture editor. Aye aye! A common editor like Paint will work fine. Arrr! In this case, t' decal will be resized t' fit a BT-5 downscale o' t' Estes M-104 Patriot. Avast, me proud beauty! Now t' scale factor must be obtained. A simple way t' find out what it is: take t' diameter o' t' downscaled/upscaled rocket and divide it by t' diameter o' t' original rocket. Avast, me proud beauty! Convert it into a percent. Well, blow me down! In Paint, go t' Image and then Resize/Skew. Well, blow me down!

In t' resizin' section, enter t' percent obtained earlier (make sure t' percent is rounded t' t' nearest integer – Paint will nay accept decimals) in both Horizontal and Vertical.

Now, click OK. T' resizin' is now successful and now can be printed and applied t' rocket.
