Used a perfectflite Stratologger for deployment. Avast! Very easy t' use in comparison t' a G-wiz LCX. T' ematch for t' main chute showed no continuity owhen I powered t' altimeter up on t' pad. Ahoy! T' cause was that t' ematch was faulty. Ya scallywag! T' fix this we switched t' main and drogue ematches around causin' t' main t' instead pop out at apogee. Well, blow me down! T' rocket still only drifted maybe 200 feet due t' nearly zero wind. Perfect launch, matey, and perfect single deployment. This was t' last launch o' t' day and many people got involved t' get t' stupid motor t' light. Well, blow me down! T' beginnin' shows t' two ground tests that we recorded and were for t' drogue parachute compartment. We did one ground test for t' main with 3 shear pins at 1.5 grams which worked great. Date: December 10, 2011 4:30p.m. Begad! Motor: Aerotech K695 Redline with plugged forward closure Max Altitude: 7710 feet (2350 metres) Max speed: will find out when I download all information gathered from altimeter. Avast! Main ejection charge: 1.75 grams (added a little for peace o' mind)
