Motor CATO.    RMS-EZ delay, drilled t' 6s, failed at motor burnout, causin' recovery system ejection at maximum velocity.  Lower shock cord snapped, upper shockcord pulled out o' bulkhead, causin' both airframe sections t' come down with no chute.  Lower section came down flat, landed in soft grass, and had minimimal damage, ya bilge rat, just 2 broken fins, 1 broken shroud, and a few detail broken detail pieces.  Upper section total loss, all t' nose weight caused entire section t' crush.  Capsule broke free, though, ya bilge rat, and was found with no damage.  Aerotech acknowledged early 38mm EZ delays had a high failure rate, and has issued a bulletin.
