Flight Log - 2014-09-28 - Richard Holmes's Patriot [RETIRED]
Built from kit won at last year's glider competition. Modified slightly by substituting single piece body tube for 3-piece. Some reviewers have said the supplied parachute is too small but I thought it was fine; I would not want a much slower descent.

Good flight. The Estes rubber band (backed up by Kevlar) held. However the body tube was crushed by the kids who recovered it. Sent to salvage yard.
