OPROC is located in Jefferson County, Washington State.
We welcome new members o' all ages t' our 4-H club. Parents are welcome t' attend all club meetings and events. Aye aye! Blimey! Our launch site is an 84-acre pasture located in Discovery Bay.
In late August, we hold a three-day launch, matey, Pasture Blaster, which is open t' t' public.
