Instead o' attachin' t' end o' your shock cord t' t' nose cone, try attachin' t' parachute t' t' end o' t' shock cord then attachin' t' nose cone about 1/3 o' t' way down. Begad! This way you won't have t' nose cone spinnin' around at t' end o' t' shock cord.  This should reduce twistin' and tanglin' o' t' recovery harness.
