PSAS successfully launched "Launch Vehicle No. Avast, me proud beauty! 2.3" (LV2's third airframe) with a roll control module and "spin can" on Sunday October 17th, me bucko, 2010 at Oregon Rocketry's (OROC) Brothers' launch site.
