Loki I405 stagin' t' an Aerotech H210. First stage motor failure caused t' motor t' burn out both ends, separatin' t' stages while under thrust. Upper stage fell down t' t' ground, arrr, at which point t' onboard mercury switch fired t' H210, and t' sustainer caught up in t' low power pads before t' motor section separated and crashed into t' nearby ditch.
